Why This Site Matters

This is a channel for communication: from the Board of Directors to those we represent – the homeowners. And of course, two-way communication is best. Your voice is uber important…and so is your privacy.

April is Move More Month

Move More Month encourages people to add more physical activity to their everyday routines. It’s a time to inspire everyone, regardless of fitness level, to get moving and improve their health. Even small efforts, like taking a walk or dancing to your favorite song, can make a big difference. The goal is simple: spend more time moving and less time sitting.

This effort, backed by the American Heart Association, focuses on how regular activity can boost energy, improve mental health, and reduce the risk of heart disease. The importance of this month is clear. It reminds us that moving a habit doesn’t require huge changes. From yoga stretches at home to playing with pets, every bit counts. As you keep adding these small activities to your day, they become second nature, helping you build a healthier lifestyle.

This is not just about exercise—it’s about finding joy in being active. Whether you’re running, walking, or just standing up more often, each move can lead to long-lasting health benefits.

Let's Get It Started!

This site content is constantly evolving and the Board recognizes that we don't have all the ideas; nor all the answers. The reality is that there are those outside our community who seek to create distractions in the form of spam. The Board needs to hear from you; and we have put measures in place to minimize spam. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
